OPENS IN SEPARATE WINDOW

Berthoud’s tenor trailed sprayer range was recently extended with the introduction of this
5,500-litre model
To satisfy the requirements of the standards for residual volumes, Berthoud has concentrated part of its research on its Dualmatic valve block and the Berlogic control panel that allows users to control most sprayer functions using just two handles.
Situated near the tank outlet and close to the pump, the Dualmatic system has allowed the company to keep residual volumes as low as possible by using shorter connecting pipes and a more compact overall design.
While the Dualmatic/Berlogic assembly has been available since 2007 on the Tenor and since 2008 on the Raptor, it is now available on both in its new Dualelec format.
This version replaces valve handles with electric motors that allow all 17 functions of the sprayer to be controlled from control panels in the cab and at the side of the sprayer.
Once a function is chosen, the valves automatically move into the correct configuration before the operation starts.
Used with Berthoud’s Nivomatic electronic gauge, the Dualelec control panel permanently displays the volume in the tank and allows a volume to be programmed for filling with an automatic switch-off function, therefore reducing the risk of overflow.
